Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing is currently seeking a Sales Lead Coordinator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Sales Lead Coordinators are responsible for scheduling perspective clients that request service through company lead generation efforts. This individual will be responsible for building trust and scheduling perspective clients for a time that is convenient for their schedule.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Provide all clients with a 5-Star experience!
  • Ensure all actions are in alignment with company core values.
  • Maintain communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Inbound call lead generations to schedule appointments
  • Complete email and text communication with perspective clients
  • Enter complete perspective client date into CRM
  • Answer Inbound calls from customers and technicians 
  • Schedule appointments on dispatch board - quotes, service calls, installations and related jobs
  • Respond to customers emails 
  • Scanning documents
  • Scheduling installations
  • Ordering equipment for installations
  • Notifying internal departments of jobs that have rescheduled 
  • Basic knowledge of Excel spreadsheets

Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • 2 years of call center experience.
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to make sales
  • Proficient Inbound phone skills
  • Proficient written and computer skills
